Safety is a system, not a feature
Most transport vendors will tell you their cabs have GPS. That is the starting line, not the finish. A real safety program layers people, process and technology so that no single failure puts an employee at risk.
The checklist
One: 100% background verification of every chauffeur and support staff member. Two: professional driver training accredited by IRTE (Institute of Road Traffic Education). Three: GPS tracking on every vehicle, monitored centrally. Four: emergency response support systems in-cab. Five: a Quick Response Team (QRT) that can reach any route fast. Six: a 5-layer confirmation process before any driver or cab is onboarded. Seven: 24×7 customer assistance with a single point of contact.
Driver behavior analysis
Beyond the checklist, we analyze quantitative driving factors — speed, acceleration, braking, orientation, mileage and road type — alongside behavioral factors like distraction, attention and law violations. Patterns trigger retraining before they become incidents.
Ask your vendor these questions
When evaluating any transport partner, ask: What percentage of your drivers are background-verified? Who trains them, and how often? What happens in the first five minutes after an SOS? If the answers are vague, the safety program is too.
